We have two incredible leaders in new roles here, and we couldn’t be more excited.
Meet Alina Rubinshteyn – Our New VP of North American Sales
We’re proud to officially welcome Alina Rubinshteyn as our new Vice President of North American Sales. Alina will be leading our Field Sales team, bringing nearly 15 years of industry experience, a sharp strategic mind, and an incredible ability to connect with people.
She’s worked across both the supplier and distributor sides of the industry, so she truly gets what it means to build meaningful partnerships. Alina is passionate about supporting teams, growing talent, and creating space for new ideas to flourish.

Charles Duggan – Our VP of Business Development
Next up, we’re thrilled to share that Charles G. Duggan II, MAS+, has a brand-new role: Vice President of Business Development.
If you’ve met Charles, you already know he’s a people-first leader who brings insight, integrity, and over 30 years of industry experience to everything he does. He’s here to discover new opportunities, strengthen our global partnerships, and lead strategic initiatives across key markets, including Canada and Australia.
Charles will also be focusing on building relationships with top-tier distributors we don’t currently work with…so get ready to hear from him soon.
