Goldstar and Ocean Bottle Join Forces for “Promo Made Better”

San Diego, 01.30.24 — With a steadfast focus on manufacturing with more sustainable materials, Goldstar announces their new partnership with the award-winning, UK-based drinkware brand Ocean Bottle. With every bottle sold, the B Corp certified company funds the collection of 1,000 ocean-bound plastic bottles (approximately 25 lbs.) from the environment; reducing pollution and improving the livelihood of coastal communities across the globe.

Crafted from a 90% recycled steel body as well as other recycled and recyclable parts, we regard Ocean Bottle as an example of a responsible approach to manufacturing, championing their advocacy for a more circular economy. The premium drinkware collection includes (3) powder-coated, vacuum-insulated products: a 17 oz. “O.G.” Original Ocean Bottle; 34 oz. “B.O.B.” Big Ocean Bottle; and their uniquely designed 12 oz. Brew Flask, which adds a touch of European design flair.

We’re excited to announce our partnership with Ocean Bottle, a brand that perfectly aligns with our product portfolio, mission, and ESG roadmap. What drew us to this collaboration is their transparent IMPACT on the planet, and their product speaks volumes for itself. We’re looking forward to the positive journey ahead,” said Heather Smartt, Goldstar’s Product Development Director.

Ocean Bottle serves as the ideal companion to Goldstar, as they collaborate on bringing reusable, high-impact products that reduces their use of virgin materials. Alongside Ocean Bottle, Goldstar’s 2024 new product lineup features 70 items, including 30 “Made Better” designs developed with recycled and thoughtfully sourced materials, pushing the boundaries of conventional promotional goods.
