Recently, our team partnered with PromoEQP on a time-sensitive project requiring delivery of 200 bottles to France. While the order initially faced shipping challenges due to address discrepancies, collaboration across multiple teams, from San Diego to Pilsen, turned the situation around. Thanks to the dedication of our Customer Care Manager, Megan Price, and the extra mile support from our Pilsen operations, the order didn’t just arrive on time…it arrived a full day early. Go Megan!  

The customer’s response? Pure delight. In fact, he shared how meaningful the early delivery was, with a personal story of his family celebrating the success.  Although we’re keeping the photo private, picture this: his child proudly holding the bottle that made it all the way to France, right on schedule.
